Download monthly bank statements for your primary account, project accounts, or sub-projects to support financial transparency and reporting.

Introduction

Download bank statements that include all posted transactions across the organization's accounts for each month to ensure you have a complete and accurate history of your financial activities in Mazlo.

Download Bank Statements

Step 1: Open Your Organization's Bank Statements

Click the gear icon.

And select 'Bank Statements.'

Step 2: Download a Bank Statement

Click the download icon next to the account's name.

Select 'Individual Download' to see the primary account only, or 'Consolidated Download' to include all projects and sub-projects.

Step 3: Ensure Pop-ups are Enabled and Check the Downloads Folder

Step 4: Review the Bank Statement for Other Months

Close the current month by clicking on the arrow icon.

Use the arrow icon to open another month's bank statements.

Step 5: Download a Bank Statement for a Project Account

You can also download a bank statement for a project to review their activity for each month.

Select an 'Individual Download' to see the general project account only or 'Consolidated Download' to include all their sub-projects.
