Submit a Bug Report

Running into a glitch or an issue in Mazlo? Let us know by submitting a quick bug report. Here’s how to do it in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Click on the Question Mark Icon

Begin by clicking on the question mark icon.


Step 2: Select “Bug Report”

When the menu pops up, choose Bug Report. This lets us know you're reporting a technical issue.


Step 3: Enter a Title

In the title field, briefly describe the problem. Keep it short but specific, like “App crashes when adding transaction” or “Page freeze on dashboard load.”


Step 4: Enter a Description

In the description box, provide details on the bug you experienced. Try to include:

  • Where the bug happens (e.g., specific page or feature)

  • Any steps to make the bug happen again

  • How it affects your work


Step 5: Upload a File (Optional)

If you have a screenshot or file showing the bug, upload it by clicking the “Add an Attachment” button.

Click to upload the attachment or drop the file directly into the bubble.


Step 6: Click Submit

When you’re ready, click Submit to send the report our way.


Step 7: Our Team will Reach Out

After submitting, a Mazlo team member will reach out to you. They may ask for extra details if needed, or they’ll update you on the progress of fixing the issue. Thanks for helping us keep Mazlo running smoothly!
