Frequently Asked Questions on Sending a Wire to Your Mazlo Account

Q: What should I do if my bank cannot locate Regent Bank’s routing number in their wire routing system?

A: Regent Bank is a community bank, and if your bank cannot find Regent Bank’s routing number, it is possible that it hasn't yet been added to their wire routing system. Please request your bank to manually update their registry to include Regent Bank’s routing number.

Here's an example of a request you can make to your bank:

"Hello (Bank Name), I am certain that this routing number is correct and active. I have been advised that if you're unable to locate the beneficiary bank using the provided routing number, please update the routing number database, as this routing number consistently receives wire transfers."

Q. My bank informed me that the ABA (or routing number) was incorrect, and they found another routing number for Regent Bank online. Can I use this instead?

A: No. The only domestic routing number for Regent Bank's fintech partners is 103913434. Never use an alternative routing number for any other Regent Bank branch, as the transaction will be declined. Please request that your sending bank update its wire routing database.

Q: I am initiating an international wire — why do the bank details differ from Regent Bank?

A. Regent Bank partners with The Bankers Bank to process international wires. Rest assured, the money will enter your Mazlo account with Regent Bank in 1-2 business days. Please inform our team if you need any support during this process.

Q: Can you send me documentation on the conversation rate used?

A: As the recipient bank, we are not able to provide the MT103, which is a standardized document that shows the conversion rate. It is the sending bank that creates and provides that documentation upon request. In this case, you will need to ask the sender to provide the MT103 document which will reflect the conversion rate that they used.
