Introduction
Save the information of donors and recipients across your organization as contact profiles. You can enable contacts for each project so they're only available for the projects they're associated with. Your project teams can also add contact profiles directly from their account to tag donations and send tax letters to donors, and create payment requests to pay recipients.
Create a contact profile for donors to save their information all in one place. You can enable contacts for the projects they're associated so when you save a donor's email address, you and the project team can send the donor a tax acknowledgement letter.
Step 1: From the Contacts Page, Click 'Create Contact Profile'
Next, select whether the recipient is an Individual or a Business.
Enter the donor's first and last name or the name of the organization. You can also add their contact information, such as their email address to send a donor acknowledgment letter. Then click 'Next.'
Enter the Contact's Address
Optionally, you can save the contact's address.
Other Info
Optionally, enter an external ID for this contact profile. To skip this, click 'Next' and Mazlo will generate a unique ID automatically.
