Mazlo simplifies the process of making mobile check deposits, whether you're using your phone to capture the image or uploading it from your desktop. Throughout the process, you can tag your donor and revenue code, save the memo, and add internal notes. With Mazlo, a copy of the check images is saved for your records, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.
Remember to follow these check standards when using remote check deposit:
Endorse the check with 'For mobile deposit at Regent only.'
Ensure the check is signed by the account owner.
Check the date (the check must be less than 180 days old).
Ensure the images of the physical check are clear and all four corners of the check are visible.
Ensure the check is made out to the Organization or Project's name.
Enter the exact amount written on the check and click Next.
To add a new donor, all you need is their full name.
Optionally, you can add their email. which will help you send them a tax receipt, a donor ID, and their address. Click Save.
Add a memo and an internal note. Click Next.
Endorse the back of the check and upload clear images of the front and back to meet the check standards. Click Next.
Checks typically take about 5 business days to settle in your Mazlo account.
