Introduction

Transferring funds from an external bank account to your Mazlo bank account via ACH is a simple and secure process. Whether you're setting up regular payments or making a one-time transfer, this guide will walk you through how to access your Mazlo banking details, create a new payee in your original online banking portal, and initiate the ACH transfer to your Mazlo account.

Send an ACH from an External Bank Account to Your Mazlo Bank Account

Step 1. Access Your Mazlo Banking Details

First, log into your Mazlo account and navigate to your dashboard.

On the dashboard, look for the Banking Details section. This is where you'll find the necessary information for sending an ACH transfer, including:

  • Account Type (Checking)

  • Account number

  • Routing number: 103913434

  • Bank Address: 7136 S Yale Ave, Suite 100, Tulsa, OK, 74136

Step 2. Log Into Your External Bank Account

Sign in to your external bank's online banking portal, whether it's their website or mobile app.

Step 3. Follow Your External Bank's Instructions on How to Send an ACH

Follow the external bank's instructions on how to initiate an ACH transfer.

Provide your Mazlo account information as the payee or recipient.

Here are popular US banks and their ACH Instructions:

Step 4. Initiate the ACH Transfer

Confirm the details and submit the ACH Transfer.

ACH transfers can take 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

You'll see the deposit in your Mazlo transaction list once the funds have successfully transferred to your Mazlo account.

If you don’t see your funds within 3 business days, contact your sending bank to verify the status of the ACH.
