Mazlo is designed to empower team members to contribute effectively to your organization’s success. Invite new users to the fiscal sponsor's primary account or to a specific project to enable seamless tracking of transactions and the creation of detailed reports.
Click on the gear icon to open the settings menu.
Select 'Team.'
Select 'Organization Team Member' to add a user to your primary Mazlo account or 'Project Team Member' to add a user to a specific Project account.
Enter the user's name and email address. Click 'Send Invite.'
Success! When a Team Member accepts their invitation, their grey icon will turn green.
You can review a Team Member’s information at any time by clicking on their name.
Before the team member has accepted, you can resend the invitation email, change the email address, or cancel the invitation.
After the team member has been accepted, as the admin, you can remove them as a user.
Open your email and locate the invitation from Mazlo. Click 'Join Now.'
Enter your phone number and create a secure password. Choose your preferred method (email or text) for receiving a one-time code. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. And click 'Sign Up.'
After sign-up, you'll be prompted to enter a one-time code.
Check your email for the one-time code.
Enter the received code and click on 'Verify.'
