Introduction

Activating a Mazlo card is a simple process that allows you, your team members, or project admins to access funds and make transactions efficiently.

Issue a Mazlo Card

Step 1: Open 'Cards' to Issue a New Card

Open "Cards" on the left-side menu to issue new cards.

Here, you can view all the cards for the organization and select "Issue New Card."

Step 2: Select the Owner of the Virtual Card

Once a team member has accepted their Mazlo invitation, you will be able to select their name here. You can also select yourself.

The Card Account will automatically connect to the account the Card Holder is a member of. This cannot be changed.

Assign a nickname to the card. This is an important way to identify this card, but you can adjust the nickname later.

Next, select the Spending Limit frequency.

Set the frequency of the spending limit: choose from daily, weekly, or monthly options.

Input the amount for the spending limit. You can adjust the spending limit at any time.

Edit the Card and Adjust the Spending Limit

Step 1: Review the Card's Details

Review the Mazlo debit card details.

Note: Only the card owner can review the card number. If you create this card for a team member, they will be able to access their card number through their Mazlo account.

Step 2: Freeze the Card at Any Time

You can click "Freeze" to temporarily pause all functionality of the card at any time.

The card holder can also freeze the card from their Mazlo account if needed.

Step 3: Open the "More" Dropdown Menu

Open the More option to edit the nickname, adjust the spending limit, or cancel the card.

Step 4: Adjust or Disable the Spending Limit

You can remove spend controls for certain team members, giving them the ability to spend their projects unrestricted balance.

First, click Adjust Limit.

Then click the toggle to enable or disable Spend Controls.

If the toggle is green, then enter the amount of the Spend Control. The card will be automatically declined when a purchase meets or exceeds this amount.

If the toggle is red, the Spend Controls are disabled. This means the Card Holder has the ability to spend funds with no limit from their unrestricted account.

Step 5: Set Your Pin Number

From the 'More' drop-down menu, you can also set your pin number. This is a secure four-digit code that is sometimes requested at check-out.
