Mail a Physical Check

Send an physical check in the mail from your primary Mazlo account or a project account. A physical check will arrive in the mail in approximately 3-7 business days.

Mazlo can help you send a physical check in the mail from your primary account or a project account. Click 'Send Money' and select 'Mail a Check' as your payment method. Then select the recipient profile with accurate shipping details and initiate the payment. A physical check will arrive in the mail in approximately 3-7 business days.

Mail a Physical Check from Your Mazlo Account

Step 2: Select the Source Account from which the Money will be Withdrawn

Step 3: Select the Payment Method: ACH Transfer or Mail a Physical Check

Step 4: Select a Recipient by Typing their Name or Add a New Recipient

Step 4: Select if this Payment is a Good, Service, or a Reimbursement (Other)

Step 5: Enter the Amount You Intend to Send via ACH

Upload any documents you intend to save to the transaction in Mazlo, such as an invoice or receipt.

With the file uploaded, click 'Next.'

Step 7: Enter Additional Information to the ACH Transfer

Add a memo to send to the recipient with the payment, save an internal note for your team, and select an expense code for this transaction. With the all the details complete, click 'Next.'
