Configurations: Enable ACH Pull

This guide will walk you through how to enable ACH Pull for both the primary account and a project account on Mazlo.

Introduction

Enable the ACH Pull configuration to allow funds to be pulled from your Mazlo account via ACH. Once ACH Pull is activated for the primary account or a project within your organization, funds can be pulled via ACH to simplify recurring payments.

Enable ACH Pull for the Primary Account

Step 1: Open the Account Configuration Settings

Click the Gear icon.

Select Select 'Configurations.’

Step 2: From the Configurations Page, Click on the 'ACH Pull' Toggle to Allow Funds to be Withdrawn via ACH

When you enable ACH Pull, you can set up recurring payments or send funds via ACH.

Enable ACH Pull for a Project Account

Step 1: Open the Project's Profile

Step 2: From the Project's Profile, Open the 'Settings' Tab

Step 3: Click on the 'ACH Pull' Toggle to Allow Funds to be Withdrawn via ACH

Enable 'ACH Pull' in a project's configuration settings to allow funds to be pulled from a project account via ACH.

*Note: This allows projects to make payments via ACH without submitting a payment request. By default, ACH Pull is disabled for all project accounts.
