Invite project teams to join their project account on Mazlo to unlock essential banking features.

When a project team member accepts their Mazlo invitation, they join the project account and access essential banking features such as donation links, mobile check deposits, grant management, expense tracking with a debit card, and making payment requests, all with your oversight.
Click on the gear icon to open the settings menu.
Select 'Team' from the settings menu.
Select 'Project Team Member' to add a user to a specific Project account.
Click 'Select a Project.'
Select the project account the user will be invited to join.
Enter the Project director's name and email address and select whether this user is an admin or staff member. This will decide whether they can invite additional team members or not.
Click 'Send Invite.'
Success! Your Partner has been invited to join this Project account* on Mazlo.
*This Project account conducts banking services through Regent Bank. This user will have access to the Project's account number and banking functionalities through Mazlo.
After completing these steps, direct the project's new team member to join their Mazlo account by following the "Join Now" link on their invitation email.
Open your email and locate the invitation from Mazlo. Click 'Join Now.'
Enter your phone number and create a password. Choose your preferred method (text or email) for receiving a one-time code. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Then click 'Sign Up.'
After sign-up, you'll be prompted to enter a one-time code.
Check your email or text for the one-time code.
Enter the received code and click on 'Verify.'
Your new team member has now joined their account. We're happy they're here!
